Bio
Jane Radocchia’s architectural practice focuses on old houses. With over 40 years of experience, she has worked with vernacular houses built in 1640 to those built in 1990. Jane has a particular interest in the ways technology changes how and what we build. Her specialty is research in Practical Geometry: how we used geometry for design and layout and how we shared those decisions before we had standardized dimensions and easy access to paper. She teaches these concepts through hands-on instruction as a practical skill, in addition to architectural history. Jane is a past PTN Board Member, she served for 5 years, 4 as the PTN Treasurer.
