Bio
I founded Historic Design Consulting in 2007 in Vadnais Heights, MN. Historic Design offers both consulting services as well as hands-on restoration/conservation services. I completed a B.A. and a M.A. in history as well as a certificate in historic preservation. I have a particular interest in the 19th century building trades and do some of my restoration work using authentic, 19th century hand tools, materials and techniques. My services include window restoration as well as some restoration carpentry , masonry, and plasterwork.
