The Preservation Trades Network invites you to the 26th annual International Preservation Trades Workshop in Savannah, Georgia, from October 10-12, 2024.
Converging at Re:Purpose Savannah, the three-day event features hands-on demonstrations from experts in the traditional building trades, including carpentry, timber framing, stone and brick masonry, plastering, roofing, and much more!
Attendees will meet and mingle with industry-leading professionals and learn from the masters!

The demonstrator application period is now open!
The PTN Board of Directors seeks up to 25 demonstrators for the 2024 International Preservation Trades Workshop with the following skills in the traditional building trades: masonry, plaster, windows and doors, joinery, carpentry and timber framing, roofing, metalwork, decorative finishes, design, and business. 
PTN's goal is to advance the traditional building trades while emphasizing the importance of historic preservation and the restoration of cultural resources. Demonstrators should have proficiency in skills relevant to the traditional building trades and be able to convey their skills, knowledge, and craft to visitors of varying backgrounds.


IPTW REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Full conference registration includes the Auction dinner, a light breakfast, snacks, beverages, and access to the full conference beforehand. Food trucks will be available for lunch and are not included in registration. Registrants will receive an electronic program. T-shirts, printed programs, and pre-conference workshops are separate.

Each year, up to 5 students, apprentices, and emerging professionals are awarded the Misia Leonard Scholarship to help offset the costs of attending IPTW. Click the link below to read about the scholarship, see if you're eligible, and apply.
