Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration fees for the International Preservation Trades Workshop (IPTW) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Because IPTW is a volunteer-driven event with significant advance commitments for facilities, materials, meals, and event operations, PTN is unable to offer refunds for cancellations, schedule conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or other personal circumstances.
If PTN cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. PTN is not responsible for any costs incurred by attendees related to travel, lodging, or other arrangements.
By registering for IPTW, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Full conference registration includes the Auction dinner, a light breakfast, snacks, beverages, and access to the full conference. Food trucks will be available for lunch and are not included in registration. Registrants will receive an electronic program. T-shirts, printed programs, and pre-conference workshops are separate.
