Bio
Jeffrey is an adjunct instructor at Belmont College Building Preservation and Restoration program, one of the Stifel Fine Arts administrators and founding members of local blacksmith groups. Awarded craftsman by state of West Virginia preservation. He has worked on many historical structures and objects. Jeffrey is also known to have fabricated the heaviest gates in West Virginia., as well as the iconic Bobo the Elephant sculpture in downtown Wheeling.
